Let’s discuss our Frequently Asked Questions! PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY AS THIS INFORMATION COULD BE INFORMATIVE.

Q.) Are our products scented? 

A.) Yes.. Our fragrance oils are skin safe and phthalate free. There is no more than 3% used as if using a higher percentage rate could possibly irritate the skin  

Q.) What’s the shipping and handling process?

A.) Our normal shipping time is 1 to 3 business days.. If the product is preordered then it could take up to 5 to 10 business days.

Q.) What about nut allergies?

A.) We try to refrain from using products that’s made from nuts. We sometimes steer away from ingredients like avocado oil, coconut oil, Shea butter, etc but PLEASE read the ingredients carefully since we use Shea butter in majority of our products.

Q.) Is the coloring natural?

A.) Yes, most of our products are colored using natural clays while others may contain skin safe mica powder. Our mica powders are approved by the FDA.

Q.) Do our products contain natural ingredients?

A.) Yes! We use a wide range of natural ingredients that’s safe for sensitive skin. Even babies use our unscented products.

Q.) How long does the scent last?

A.) The scent last depending on the usage rate. We are not bath and body works so we try to keep our products safe as possible. 

Q.) Do the products really work?

A.) Yes! If you are using as directed then you will definitely see a change in the problem. 

Q.) Are they for sensitive skin?

A.) We offer products that are unscented and uncolored for that exact reason. Even tho the CEO has sensitive skin, she still uses scented products with no problem.
