How to use: 

1. Simply boil the right amount of water and add tthe pack of steam herbs with filter bag to the boiled water. Reduce heat to low and allow to steep for 15 minutes.

2. Add the pack of steam herbs with filter bag and the right amount of water into a pot for 8-10 minutes. Squat over on a basin or sit directly on a slotted chair and enjoy a relaxing steam with music. Wrap a towel around your waist and legs to prevent the steam from escaping.

3. Add the pack of steam herbs with filter bag and the right amount of water into yoni steam seat for 3-5 minutes. And sit on the yoni steam seat to enjoy a relaxing steam with music or reading book. Wrap a towel around your waist and legs to prevent the steam from escaping. Average steam session lasts between 30 and 40 minutes.
